The person behind the practice
A steady advocate when the stakes are personal.
For over 40 years, Bob Stein has represented injured people and their families. As President and Founder of The Stein Firm, he has built a practice around careful preparation, direct communication, and a clear commitment to the people who trust the firm with their case.
Before his legal career, Bob served as a U.S. Military Intelligence Officer, with experience in investigations, interrogations, and negotiation. That experience demanded patience, disciplined listening, and the ability to find a path forward when the facts are complex, qualities that still inform the way he approaches difficult cases.
His connection to North Georgia baseball also reflects a lifelong investment in teamwork and mentorship. Bob played the game, supported its student-athletes, and helped revive the program as a coach. Bob Stein Stadium stands as a lasting recognition of that commitment.
Today, Bob remains grounded in family, community, and the responsibility that comes with representing people during some of the most challenging times in their lives. At The Stein Firm, clients can come in and meet Bob most weekdays instead of being passed through a large-firm system.
