Program name, consent, and scope
The Stein Firm Customer Care Text Messaging Program is operated directly by The Stein Firm, PC. By initiating a text conversation with The Stein Firm or requesting a text response, you agree to receive customer-care messages related to your question, consultation request, scheduling, or case-review request. Consent is not a condition of receiving legal services.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to stop text messages. Reply HELP for help or call (770) 961-1700. Opt-out requests will be honored as soon as reasonably practicable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy and legal communications
Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy. Text messages are not confidential and do not create an attorney-client relationship. Do not send sensitive information by text message.
